Pug's Annual Oil Heat Tune-up
For Boiler, Furnace, or Oil-Fired Water Heater

This tune-up is designed for customers who feel their oil-fired equipment needs to be cleaned, but shouldn't be in need of repair.

Replacement of the oil nozzle and filter
Lubrication of motor and bearings
Vacuuming and cleaning to the base of the chimney (where accessible)
One combustion efficiency test with modern, and accurate instruments to determine fuel efficiency. Equipment is adjusted to maximum efficiency.
Based on 1½ hours labor; additional time will be based on hourly rate.

Note: Unlisted parts and items requiring service will be repaired or replaced at our prevailing rates.
