This plan provides the best service and parts coverage. It is designed for hot air, steam, hot water or oil-fired systems with A/C or air tied to a boiler.

• One cleaning, tune up, and adjustment to the oil burner, furnace or boiler, flue pipe, base of chimney (where accessible), and lubrication of motor and bearings.
• One combustion efficiency test with modern and accurate instruments to determine fuel efficiency. Equipment is adjusted to maximum efficiency.
• Free labor, service and parts on items listed below, except the "limited items" listed, (these parts will be charged labor and part cost with an allowance of $100.00 towards the replacement part cost).
